Office365 System Administrator
I have been working for 10 years.
My current job is an Office365 Consultant/IT Helpdesk for a small Australian Company.
My responsibilities are Billing, Emails, PC Hardware/Software Issues, Wordpress, Server Support (Go Daddy).
I started my career as a Customer Service Representative working for Sutherland Global service. After a year I transferred to Concentrix to work as a Technical Support Representative.
After 3 years of working at Concentrix, I switched careers and I started my I.T. career in ATOS (was Xerox before).
I believe that customer service can be integrated every time, not just in plain customer service. Even if you are an I.T. or a Technical support representative, customer/client satisfaction should always come first before the resolution.
