Work Terms
Payment terms: Payment will be expected upon completion of each project, depending on the size and scope of a project I may require a 50% deposit required upfront. This refers to custom and out of the ordinary projects or "rushed" projects.
Revisions: I offer up to two rounds of revisions per project, free of charge, to ensure that the client is satisfied with the final product. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
Communication: I am available to communicate with clients via email, phone, or video chat during regular business hours. I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours.
Copyright: All content created for the client remains their intellectual property. However, I reserve the right to use the work as part of my portfolio or for promotional purposes.
Deadlines: I take deadlines seriously and will make every effort to meet them. However, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to accommodate rush projects, so please provide ample notice when requesting my services.
Confidentiality: I understand that some projects may require confidentiality. I am willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect the client's privacy and proprietary information.
