Freelance Virtual Assistant, Graphic Artist, and Social Media Manage

I have accumulated more than 4 years of experience being a part of the BPO industry as a Technical Leader (Xbox campaign for hardware, billing, live accounts) and Sales Specialist (AT&T home phone, cable and internet).

Throughout the years I've developed my marketing skills, social media virtuosity and leadership capacity. I've also become a Social Media Manager (Virtual Assistant) responsible for planning, executing and evaluating social media campaigns according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Building and managing social media terms and ensuring quality control throughout project life are central to my position.

In line with my job, Im also a freelance graphic designer. Skilled with Photoshop and other designing software. I have enjoyed doing graphic designs with local and international clients like Saniderm Tattoo aftercare, Portland's Sadle Real Estate Team, Powerhouse Dialing, Unwinding Autism, Voice to Word Consultation Inc and Serra Homes Ltd. Executive Town Homes.

I also find time making my creative juices into work in editing professional looking videos with Adobe Premier Pro for other clients. I also have great & fruitful experience in transcriptions and doing researches.
