Hi. My name is Mark Arnel Baroman. A graduate of Electronics and Computer Technology. Before I graduated college, I become a scholar from TESDA. I am proudly a working student for 2 years. And now, I am currently working for 4 years and counting. My current work is a Customer Service Representative from a BPO Company here in the Philippines. We are under local account that is responsible for assisting all customers who are calling the hotline for a technical assistance. We are handling Trouble shooting Internet connection and also under sales and marketing department. We process new application and advertise the internet brand through online.
My previous work is a typesetter and proofreader using 3b2 for book editing. I was working for almost 2 years at SPI Technologies and I decided to resign to fulfill my dreams to become a customer service Representative.
For now, I have a family. I have one son and a beautiful wife. I love playing basketball at least 3 times a week to have a better living.
I am looking for an opportunities online and I am very willing to give my best and to work with you guys.
If I am given a chance to have a project. I will work hard and finish my work at the given period of time.
Also, I can handle pressure and less supervision.
