I am a South African English Home Language teacher for high school learners, which means that I've always had to be on top of my language game! In 2011 I obtained a B.ed degree in Afrikaans, English and Mathematics. Shortly after, a friend requested me to write an article for him and this was the beginning of my freelance writing career. Since then I have been writing on various topics, to various clients and also gained some experience as a marketing consultant. This has helped me to gain an understanding of SEO and how to integrate my content into an existing marketing strategy.
Although I am still a full-time teacher for now, I pride myself on quick turn-around times once I've gained a solid understanding of what my content needs to achieve for the client.
It is my aim to move away from teaching into the freelance market and establish myself as a trusted supplier with a high quality product.

Work Terms

All terms to be discussed based on the requirements of the task. To give you an indication of costing, I charge between $20 - 30 per 500 word article, depending on the extent of research you would need me to do before formulating the content. As previously stated, I aim for quick turnaround times, so this is also open for negotiation.
