Work Terms

- Payment Terms:
(i) For fixed-price projects, payment is due in full upon completion and delivery of the final product.
(ii) For hourly projects, payment is due weekly or bi-weekly, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
(iii) Payment can be made via Guru.com's SafePay system or another mutually agreed upon method.

- Communication:
(i) I will communicate with clients promptly and professionally via Guru.com's messaging system or another mutually agreed upon method.
(ii) I will provide regular progress updates and respond to client requests and feedback in a timely manner.

- Revisions and Refunds:
(i) I will provide up to two rounds of revisions for each project, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
(ii) If the final product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards, a refund may be issued at my discretion.

- Confidentiality:
(i) I will keep all client information and project details confidential, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
(ii) I will not share or reproduce any client materials without express permission.

- Scope of Work:
(i) I will deliver high-quality copywriting, copytyping, proofreading, or content writing services as agreed upon in advance.
(ii) Any additional work outside the original scope must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional fees.
