Over the past 7 years I have been working in the call center industry and my experience includes email, live chat, technical and customer support over the phone. I am a Bachelor's graduate in management.

I used forums often too so I know how to navigate it.The relevance of my experience apart from that is I also had data entry experience and email handling. I speak English fluently and I work with minimum to no supervision yet still delivers the target goal.
