Marsel P. | Façade & Architecture Design

I am an Architectural Engineering Technician working primarily in Curtain Walling, as Façade (Curtain Wall) Designer with more than 6 years of experience in award-winning international projects (high-rise and low-rise buildings).

I have briefly worked in the architectural office developing preliminary sketches and main designs. Also, I was responsible for making reports on the existing condition of the building with a survey study for the legalization of residential buildings and the preparation of architectural plans.

I have a vast experience in:
-Developing a project from the Tender stage to full As-built stage
-Creating Bill of Materials & consulting on material choice
-Creating Fabrication & Installation drawings
-Site Support (Resolving all kinds of issues that can occur during build)
-Light structural & thermal analysis
-2D CAD design

Work Terms

Working hours (CET): Mon-Fri (evening hours), on weekends available for longer working hours.

I prefer hourly based agreements, but I will accept a fixed price agreement when project requirements are well defined. I also accept a fixed price project for new clients when we are establishing a trust relationship.
