Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT)*

Saturday: Limited Availability (By Appointment Only)

Sunday: Closed


(Willing to accommodate different time zones upon request.)

Payment Terms:

Hourly, weekly, or project-based rates available.

Invoices are sent weekly or bi-weekly for ongoing clients.
No refunds for completed work, but revisions are available based on agreement.


Preferred Communication Style:
Messaging Apps (Slack, WhatsApp, Skype) for regular updates.

Zoom or Google Meet for scheduled meetings and detailed discussions.

Clear, concise, and professional communication to ensure smooth workflow.

Response time: Within 24 hours (Urgent requests may be prioritized).
