I've been living and breathing the affiliate marketing space for over ten years. I successfully built and led the affiliate marketing division from the ground up managing multiple clients and a team of junior staff members for a small agency. Following that I gained extensive experience and further enhanced my expertise working for one of the top award-winning agencies on the market (Gen3 Marketing). I left the agency to get back to doing what I love, which is working with clients directly, strategizing with them and providing them with excellent support and helping grow their business meaningfully. My company, HIT, is a boutique agency providing all clients with not only expert management, but hands-on, white-glove service direct from the experts.

Over the years, I have successfully managed and grown affiliate programs for a large and diverse portfolio of clients anywhere from small start-ups up to large fortune 500 companies across multiple verticals and categories. I am well known and connected in the industry and come with an extensive "rolodex" of business contacts with major publishers/affiliates as well as the top networks such as CJ, Rakuten, Impact etc. I have access to agency discounts and preferential pricing with all major affiliate networks.

I also have considerable experience working with various e-commerce analytics platform including Google and Adobe and can provide deep and meaningful feedback and analysis on digital traffic and e-commerce acquisition channels.
