Engaged to manage logical separation, spin-off and merger of HPE’s ERP software assets (SAP Lighthouse and Trintech’s AssureNET and ReconNET) with Micro Focus of Berkshire, England. Program co-managed by HPE DMO (Divestiture Management Office) and Deloitte’s carve-out consultants. Successfully executed complex, enterprise wide infrastructure divestiture, followed up by system integration of servers, storage, databases and cloud based applications. Engaged for implementation of ServiceNow ITSM applications for client Time Warner. From Turner’s CNN Centre, I managed resources in Burbank, Atlanta, Cracow and Hyderabad. Led 1) Implementation of Discovery module in Timer Warner EIS, and subsidiaries Warner Brothers, HBO and Turner (CNN); 2) Completion, Hypercare and User Acceptance Testing of Event Management module; 3) Portal transition from Remedy to ServiceNow for Turner; and 4) ServiceNow upgrade from Fuji to Helsinki. Mitigated project risks by creating a systematic, fully documented process to deal with transitions (migration phases), system configuration control a
