• Billing, bookkeeping, and compiling various reports for informational and reporting purposes.
• Assist with human resource functions of hiring, training, and supervising employees, and contractors as needed.

• Draft, edit, review, and update correspondence, documents, complaints, motions, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, affidavits, and various other pleadings, contracts, agreements, transactional binders, spreadsheets, corporate filings, and records. Support corporate governance processes, including preparing board of directors and committee meeting materials (drafting resolutions, minutes, written consents, agendas, preparing meeting packages), organization and maintenance of corporate records; and ensuring compliance with company corporate policies.
• Contract management, review, and support of the contract lifecycle from inception to execution.
• Review, analyze, update contract terms & conditions, POs, NDAs, TAs, SOWs, renewals, change orders.
• Research applicable contract language for negotiations; coordinate with various parties and stakeholders to obtain execution of documents and signatures; track status for legal teams; maintain databases and playbooks.
• Coordinate closings and prepare related documents. Prepare legal opinions and assemble opinion back-up.
• Review and draft purchase and sale agreements for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Title and survey review. Prepare SNDAs, tenant estoppels, various real estate documents, and closing binders.
• Prepare wills, trusts, AMDs, POAs, deeds, and meet with clients for review and execution of legal documents.
• Responsible for document and electronic data management, e-discovery, and large project management.
• E-file in VA, MD, DC courts, knowledgeable of filing with the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS).
• Provide litigation and arbitration support by document review, discovering, examining, and analyzing information, intelligence, and raw data for its evidentiary potential or for use in negotiating a settlement.
• Assist in the discovery process by requesting, receiving, and responding to written documents, depositions, interrogatories. Deposition summarization. Witness and trial preparation, and trial attendance.
• Perform legal research, due diligence, and analysis of relevant laws, regulations and requirements as required.
