Proficient customer & Admin support and a Translator
I am a Diploma graduate in computer Engineering and hardware maintenance and have gone an extra mile to do computer Networking.
Had a chance to work with different institutions as an ICT support staff, where I was tasked with troubleshooting of some hardware and software problems, recording of data using excel, assembling of machines, helping out with online registration of units, doing online research for student as well as editing of their proposals and projects, attending to customer needs.
My working in these institutions and a cyber environment has greatly helped me develop good relations with people around me, dealing with customers, working well with deadlines and delivering the work assigned to me on time and with no delays.
