In my 8 year experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and 2 years in home based work, I acquired skills and knowledge on how to keep customer service, technical support, sales & marketing more efficient.
Working in a fast-pace industry, I believe that being on top of your customer service is delivering the right empathy, proactive approach and resolution to each case.
During my experience in the BPO industry I learned how to take phone calls, emails and chat properly. I have extensive training in customer support, admin assistant and technical support.
