Work Terms

Turnaround Time
The delivery timeline will depend on the scope and length of the project. A standard turnaround time is typically 3 days for projects under 3.000 words. Urgent requests may be accommodated with prior agreement.
Exact deadlines will be agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

Revisions
Two revisions are included with each project, ensuring that any changes or clarifications are addressed to your satisfaction.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be subject to an extra charge, depending on the complexity of the changes.

Communication
All communication will take place through Guru’s messaging system unless otherwise agreed upon.
Regular updates will be provided throughout the process to ensure alignment with your expectations.

File Formats
I accept files in Word (.doc/.docx), PDF, Google Docs, or Text (.txt) formats. Final edits will be delivered in the same format unless otherwise specified.

Confidentiality
I guarantee that all work and communication will remain strictly confidential. I do not share, distribute, or reuse your content without your explicit permission.

Payment Terms
Payment will be processed through Guru’s SafePay system for security and convenience.
For smaller projects, payment is required in full upon project completion and delivery.
For larger projects, a 50% deposit may be required upfront, with the remainder due upon final delivery of the work.

Cancellation Policy
If a project is canceled after work has begun, payment will be due for any work completed up to the point of cancellation. This amount will be determined based on the percentage of the project completed.

My goal is to provide work that meets or exceeds your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the final result, I will work with you to make necessary adjustments within the scope of the project.
