I love leading teams to their full potential, trying to get the best out of everyone involved and enhancing the way teams work by adopting useful processes and communicating client's needs openly. This allows achieving consensus and gaining buy-in thanks to team-driven decisions.
I am a follower of agile methodologies. Specifically Scrum, as it framework encourages an environment ready for continuous improvement in teams and all project related activities. Introducing and coaching teams into using Scrum and experiencing success makes me feel fulfilled.
As graduate of Systems Engineering I have acquired a professional education suitable for software development, covering all phases of the process from the analysis and design to the implementation, test and maintenance.
During college, I participated in various projects gaining experience in Java, C++, PHP, designing and implementing web applications, GIS, etc.
My professional career began as a Quality Engineer within an agile environment and in daily contact with clients on the US. Then, I moved into a developer position to work with the latest .NET technologies, having the opportunity to develop desktop, web and mobile applications.
I am currently in a management position, leading a team as a Scrum Master while fulfilling the role of the business analyst, conducting follow-up work, planning and coordinating meetings.
I enjoy working on projects that present challenges and require teamwork. I like training continuously, not only in new technologies but also in management areas.
Mission: To lead, coordinate, organize, control and drive each of the assigned projects, with the objective of completing their scope, controlling their budget while applying the correct methodology and processes.
