I have been working as a Virtual Assistant since 2011 and still counting. Ever since I started working online, I learned a lot of skills and worked with many different clients who are all very professional, kind and helped me grow into one efficient and dependable freelancer. If it weren't for those clients who trusted me with their projects, I wouldn't be as good as I am now.
I worked as a software support staff for 4 years in a software reseller company. Some of my responsibilities are answering emails that contain quote and upgrade requests, support questions, follow up and dispatching of licenses. I also call clients from time to time to make sure they receive their orders and there are no issues with their software.
I can also do research jobs and I can type fast. Employers can trust me and can be left alone doing the tasks assigned to me. I am a fast learner, result and detail oriented.
I also have a vast experience in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, GetResponse, Dropbox, Canva, ActiveCampaign, HootSuite for content and project management. I am also using Snagit and Photoshop for 4 years now for basic image editing and creating screenshots for support questions.
I chose to become a Customer Support Staff because I can share my knowledge and skills, and I can contribute to the progress and success of each project and company I work for. I am a very detail oriented person, which I know is a skill needed to be able to perform tasks well. Not only that, I am also a proactive and self reliant person, I have initiative to do my tasks without being reminded or being told. I love being occupied with the tasks I am given during my work hours so that I will not waste any resources you give for the project.
