I am bringing with me more than five years of experience in customer service and more than a year in debt collection and a six months inbound sales. I am dynamic, tactful and a friendly individual who is able to combine a polite manner with razor-sharp efficiency and able to do more than just answering questions, collecting debt and providing alternative solutions, has proven track record of building relationships by providing information assisting customers and resolving issues in a timely manner. I possess an excellent telephone etiquitte and ability to communicate with all levels of customers. I am looking for a suitable position where I could apply the skills that I have as customer service representative and collections associate. I always strive to achieve the highest standard possible, at any given task. I posses excellent communication skills that I could use for verbal and written communication and I have the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people. I enjoy learning new things and I can work well under pressure. I am a self-motivated achiever and I always excel in whatever I put my heart and my mind into. I am a type of person who does not settle for mediocre I always make sure that I bring out the best whenever I am given a task. In fact I received various awards and recognition due to my hard work and dedication. I am confident with my skills as my numbers prove them with my previous jobs. I have been consistently doing well with my performances in all of the companies I worked for and I have developed attributes that any employer wishes to look for.
Work Terms
I can work in whatever hours that the organization requires. I can do 40 hours per week or more. I would depend on the project payment schedule but if its weekly pay out, then that is perfect. I preferred the means of communication via phone or email.
