Good atittude towards the job and loyalty towards the taks and company
I have really excellent customer service skill's since I have worked in numerous campaigns with in the past 6 year's and not only that, I have managed personnel and help run a call center in Nicaragua. With in my experience I been working as a regular customer representative, account manager, senior account manager, trainer for campaigns such as Capital one Bank, Sprint and NCO Financial Systems. I've worked also under pressure making me a multitasking person such as typing, use of spread sheets, google tools, excel, word, power point etc. This makes a perfect candidate for any given task regardless of what campaign I'm working with.
