- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Local Time)
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Local Time)
- Sundays and public holidays: Closed

Payment Terms:
- Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
- For projects exceeding $50, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
- Invoices will be provided, and payment is expected within 7 days of receipt.
- Late payments may incur a 5% fee for each week overdue.

Preferred Communication Style:
- Initial consultations and project discussions can be conducted via whatapp or scheduled calls.
- I am also available for phone calls or instant messaging (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack) for urgent matters or quick clarifications.
- Regular updates will be provided via email to keep you informed of progress and any potential issues.
- I strive to respond to all communications within 24 hours during business days.
