VA/ Customer Support Rep
I've been in the BPO Industry for almost 10 years now as Customer Service Specialist handled several international (iTunes Apple Advisor Email/Chat Support for 5 years, Comcast, Ladbrokes and Coral Online Gambling UK based) thru email and chat support. I worked as a Transcriptionist for 2 years for audio files like podcast, meeting, medical transcription, interviews, etc. I also worked as Virtual Assistant for a marketing firm looking for some prospective clients for SEO/SMM work, general admin tasks, payroll, data entry, lead generation for LinkedIn, email scraping, email management, etc. Also, I worked as CSR (email support) for an item in Amazon (knowledge in Amazon Central, process returns, adjustment, managing inventories, product research) and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) Moderation. I am a dynamic, reliable, positive, multi-tasking and highly organized person. I can take the extra step to make the customer feel that they are important to us. I am confident that I possess a combination of skills and experience that would be a good fit for this job. Excellent command of English language both written and oral. I am willing to be trained, learn new software and system as required, quick learner, able to solve a problem and ability to work autonomously, with limited checking and daily management.
