I was diagnosed with a mental illness when I was in my teens. The experience I have over the course of 40 years makes it easy to relate to people dealing with bipolar depression and addiction on my websites. In this day and age with all the school shootings, suffering Vets with PTSD, I feel we all need to come together and advocate and help society overcome the stigma of mental illness and addiction. In addition our government needs to step up. I advocate on several social media sites as well as my own.
