I have been working in the BPO Industry since 2007 and is transitioning to Freelancing. I have been trained to support all call types may it be Sales or Customer Support with expertise in bill explanation, general inquires and troubleshooting TV, Internet and Phone services.
I am reliable and a quick learner. It is my goal to provide you with the best that I can however I can. I love to read especially if it helps improve the skills that I have. I can take criticism, pointers and instructions to better myself and the service that i provide.
In my free time, I like to binge watch TV series to get my mind off work.
Work Terms
I prefer to work from 9am to 6pm EST but can adjust my schedule depending on the task at hand. I want to be paid weekly through Paypal or Xoom.
