I am trained Virtual Assistant in Filipino Virtual Assistant by Grace Locsin. I am knowledgeable enough about Search Engine Optimization, Lead Generation and also simple Web design. My previous experience was more on customer service support and data entry. I worked also as a Telemarketing Specialist, it was basically more on outbound calls/sales.

When I was working in The Results Companies as a Customer Service Representative, I was given a certificate of hitting the lowest transfer rate. And for me, it is an achievement that I am proud of. Right after I graduated in high school, I worked also in Brutus Food System as a Service Crew/Cashier. So since then, customer service is my passion.

Providing excellent service and helping the customer with their issues is the greatest impact for me. And doing my tasks well help to establish a better relationship with the management.

Work Terms

I can work 3-6 hours a day, for the payment I will highly recommend to have it transfer to my Paypal account. I would rather use Skype, Gmail and Facebook/Messenger for communication.
