Virtual Assistant
For almost a year, I worked as a Customer Service Representative. It's tough, but I've learned a lot from it, such as how to support and assist customers to ensure their pleasure, and I'm well-versed in problem-solving tactics.
I made the decision to learn and study the abilities that I would need as a Virtual Assistant, such as email management, event management, data entry, photo editing, video editing, social media management, transcription, website creation, presentation creation, and database management. In terms of software, I am already familiar with Skype, Slack, and Gmail. I studied Trello and Basecamp in project management. Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Calendar are among the Google Apps that I am familiar with.
I understand that I am new to this field, but I have already studied and practiced everything, and if there is anything else I need to learn, I am eager to do it.
I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You simply relax and put your faith in me. I can tell you that even without your supervision, I will work diligently and complete my task on time.
