My name is Mary Jane Basmayor 23 years old from Philippines. I love reading books, watching news, researching, drawing, lettering, modelling, tutoring my kids, cleaning the house and eating healthy foods. I like beaching and beating the heat. I am a stay at home mom and I am looking for a homebased job that is relevant to my skills and will fit my qualifications. I have 1 year experience in customer service. I worked as a front office associate in one of the hotels in our province. Since It was a mulitasking job. It has been my responsibility to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our services so that you can answer questions. Processing reservations, check in and check out and special requests (email, phone and face to face). Keeping and updating records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Manage multiple tasks at a time and cooperate with all departments to ensure we grow as a company and improve our service for our customers. Preparing daily sales report and breakdown for all departments. Inventory of amenities for housekeeping department and monitoring the room allotment. 
I am far from being an expert but I am willing to learn and do the best that I can to be one of the assets of the company I will be working with just like what I did for my previous job. I want to work in a company for a long term and stable job to use my skills and apply my knowledge.
Customer service is my passion. No matter how difficult the responsibilities and tasks might seem I believe I can get through it because it's my heart's desire. If you love what you're doing then everything will work out just fine.

Work Terms

Can work 40 hours per week. Payment through ATM account. Rate will depend upon the company.
