Recently worked directly for a US-based Tele-medicine company as a Remote Administrative Manager, along with my admin staff we cover all Admin and Order related tasks such as Customer Service & Sales (Phone, Email (G-Suite) and Live chat), Appointment setting, Affiliate and Pharmacy liaison issues and concerns, Doctor Appointments, Online Prescription Order processing, Sales Rep Assistance, Complaints, Creation and approval of Letter of Medical Necessity, Internet research (for marketing, new state medical law and competitor overview) Charge-back Issues, Refunds and Quickbooks Entries. As the Admin manager I am the first person to try new procedures, CRMs, processes before company wide implementation, so you can rest assure that I can easily grasp this new job role.
In addition, I am also the assigned personnel in creating the company-wide Sales Data Report (Excel),Doctor’s annual medical license renewal and collaborate with the CEO, CFO,Directors in formulating Marketing and Operational Innovation plans.
As my foundation, for 12 years I have worked for US Based companies as a Customer Service Rep,Telemarketer, Reports Analyst, Service Dispatcher, Project Coordinator and Debt Collection Representative for a Bank in the UK.
