Virtual Assistant Product Marketing
Virtually or personally I can prove my skills in Customer handling, I have had been a Customer Representative from a Retail Company to a BPO Company. In a retail Business, I personally assist walk-in customers on handling or booking their flights, doing Foreign Exchanges and fulfilling their monthly bills. I hone my email etiquette on responding emails from my superiors and colleagues, mastered the usage of spreadsheet as a medium of my daily,weekly,monthly and yearly reports. In boosting my career, I planned to be part in an International Company basing in our City. I expanded my knowledge and enhance my Customer Service Skills, not just the skills but also my patience. I learnt different things on Telco products, plans and programs in the United States. I experienced of becoming a Virtual Assistant, as I was once a product researcher in an online store, I listed profitable products using the platforms of eBay and Amazon FBA.
