I have 5 years of work experience as a Customer Service Representative. We handle and resolve customers' concerns regarding their accounts, apps, and products. Our goal is to provide a resolution that suits the Customers' concerns while practicing good customer service satisfaction. I also handled food delivery accounts where I assisted customers with their orders. I have experience in scheduling appointments through different scheduling platforms. Iam proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google tools. I am adaptable to new environments, systems, and tools. I always make sure to finish my tasks efficiently and on time.
