Am a lady in my late fourties. I have worked in the Motor industry, Manufacturing industry and in the Community that I live in. My most memorable experience was while I worked as an Operations Manager in a large Coffee processing company. Operations were being carried on without any procedures being followed and there was utter confusion. I developed procedures and policy guides to facilitate smooth running of the operations. In the same company, I did manage to prepare draft accounts for four years that which not been prepared and succeeded in having the External Auditors audit the accounts. The exercise was completed with success. Further in my career I was appointed as a Systems Audit Manager with the sole responsibility of developing and implementing upon approval by the Board of Directors sound policy guidelines and procedures for a group of companies. As a Sales Administration Manager in a company processing edible nuts, I was able to collect debts that were over six years while at the same time designing and implementing sound sale systems.
