My previous job was related in BPO industry.
I worked as Customer Service Representative of KFC Delivery-Ph account – we handled calls and emails from customers orders, follow ups, inquiry and complaints.
Then, I worked as Warehouse Associate – Back Office Agent, This account is connected in ecommerce business. The business is posting different items in different sales channels like amazon, Houzz, sears, etc and encoding details of each products. I used to be familiar these sellercentral tools.
I do data entry and knowledgeable of MS Word and MS Excel and can do data research on web of any kind.
