I have been in the BPO industry for almost 7 years and spent 6 years of it in an international financial account based in Australia. I have rendered my customer service skills for Citi Australia and have been awarded as top NPS (Net Promoter Score) performer. I was also a consistent top sales agent, exceeding goals and at the same time acing customer satisfaction surveys. I can deliver an excellent and efficient service. I have also been a part of the complaints department for almost 2 years. I am trained to handle and resolve customer complaints in a 24 hour time frame. I always make sure that my clients are satisfied with the resolution provided. I have also created reports and presentation to our clients and attended several focus group discussions with Citi heads.

I also have an experience in E-commerce. I was able to work in an online store wherein I was tasked to be one of the Facebook editors of the online shop. I provide real time assistance by answering FB messages from customers, promote their products and answer customer inquiries sent via email. Other tasks I had was to check on order status, process replacement requests and changes in order, these were all done via Shopify.

Work Terms

I can work at a minimum of 20 hours per week.has a Paypal account. I preferred to be paid weekly but I am also amenable to other payment terms preferred by the company.
