"Service is a state of mind...not an accessory"
It is often difficult to create the "snapshot," that is desirable to illustrate extensive experience. Although I continue to utilize my real estate, I have never relinquished my clerical and computer abilities.
As my resume demonstrates I possess a variety of skill sets including: software, computers, administrative, and financial expertise. I am detailed, organized, work well independently, and (when my knowledge may be rusty or limited) I learn quickly. I maintain a fully equipped office, with a back-up computer, fax service, and wide range of software.
Self-motivation, detail, and organization have always been my mainstays. I am familiar with most equipment and software, including but not limited to: Windows, Office (most versions), contact programs, accounting software, database management, and more.
Predominantly, prior to owning my own business for eight years, I did commercial real estate, property management, or specific virtual assistance projects.
More recently, I have done inspections (e.g. property, occupancy, and insurance) as an independent contractor, and virtual assignments (e.g. record keeping, admin., organizational, etc.). In addition, I do temporary assignments such as an engineering assistant and mobile closings/signings. Currently I accept virtual assignments and notary work; along with inspections: (Both residential and commercial) interior/exterior, drive by, occupancy, risk, and general condition; for assorted companies. Additionally I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and MI Notary, in good standing.
CERTIFICATES I HAVE HELD:
*Brain Bench: Accounts Payable Fundamentals, Computer Fundamentals, English Vocabulary, Math Fundamentals, Human Resources Concepts US, Typing speed and accuracy, Medical Terminology
*ExpertRating: (Online Certification and Skill Testing): English Spelling Test, English Vocabulary Test, Computer Skills Test, Office Skills Test, English Language (Words and Phrases), Windows, MS Word
Work Terms
Due to the fact that I have minimal familial obligations and don't sleep (I'm a night owl) a great deal, I have the ability to be flexible in hours of availability. I would probably be more likely to ask..."when do you need me?"
I would initially prefer an email with a project summary and contact information, followed by a phone call to firm up details. After the initial contact, I am available by: phone, cell, email, text or fax.
Payment terms would be negotiated individually by the project (for example: Weekly, Monthly, Net 30, Project completion by type of work-See Key Words below).
