Virtual assistant, customer service representative
I have experience working as a virtual assistant for more than a year. In this role, I anchor meetings, I take meeting minutes, I manage a team of virtual assistants and I send queries to erring employees. This role has helped me to improve my communication, time management, attention to detail and organisational skills.
I am currently receiving an intensive virtual assistant training at ALX Africa where I have learnt how to schedule meetings, book appointments, conduct research and data entry, take meeting minutes and create meeting agendas, make travel arrangements and manage projects. I have also learnt how to use tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Trello, Asana and ClickUp.
Work Terms
Available to work 3 to 4 hours per days. Payment method is through bank. Payment style is hourly.
