About

I did my MBA HRM from Bahria University and upskill my professional competence by obtaining pieces of training in recruitment, onboarding, MIS, change management, HR operations, data privacy, financial management, workplace safety, first aid, leadership and strategic management.

I am working with ACCA Islamabad Office as Customer Services Officer (CSO) responsible for ACCA members recruitment and business’s affairs. Prior to that, I also served in the Business Support Department of ACCA as an Officer in charge of customer handling, event management, and office administration. I had two internships during my MBA studies. In my first internship, I managed to work at the front end and transactional level in customer handling, HR & Financial activities of the Bank Alfalah. Whereas in my second internship, I was involved in the upper part of the HR pyramid pertaining to employee recruitment, drafting JD’s and assisting in drafting certain policies.

My future aspiration is to become a well-recognized HR professional that will enable me to help the organization to develop HR capabilities, foster cross-cultural communication, encourage innovation and allow people to deal with global mentalities.
