Work Terms

Scope of Work

I provide 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and animation services for clients.

Hours of Operation

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST)
- Weekend and holiday work available upon request (additional fees may apply)

Payment Terms

- Hourly rate: $30
- Project-based pricing available upon request
- Payment schedule:
- 50% deposit due upon project initiation
- 50% balance due upon project completion

Communication

- Preferred communication channels:
- Video conferencing (Google meet, Zoom, Skype)
- Response time: Within 24 hours (Monday to Friday)

Deliverables

- 3D models in specified formats (OBJ, GLB, etc.)
- Texture maps and materials
- Rendered images or animations (if applicable)

Revisions

- 10 revisions included in initial project fee
- Additional revisions billed at hourly rate

Cancellation

- Client may cancel project with 3 days' notice
- I reserve right to cancel project due to non-payment or unreasonable requests

Confidentiality

- I maintain confidentiality of client proprietary information

Warranty

- I warrant work will be free from defects and meet industry standards
