I have over 5 years of experience in the telemarketing industry, inbound and outbound calling, includes sales, tech support, and customer care. I started my career as a sales representative (closer) selling home security alarms over the phone in Touchstone Communications its an american based company. my responsibilities were,
- Closed interested leads being transferred from frontiers, maintaining a 50%+ closing ratio.
- Rapport building, and identifying customer needs.
- Presentation of the product.
- Negotiation.
- Closing of sale.
my achievements on the campaign were,
- Highest number of installs (35 Units).

I served 5 years in Touchstone Communications with my last designation being Business Development Director.
