Provides writer/editor consulting services on an intermittent (on-call). Both English and French. Other areas of specializations/skills include:
Strategic planning/project design, monitoring & evaluation
Executive secretariat and administrative operations management
Business development and proposal writing
Facilitation of participatory strategy development & team building
Federal budget cycle management & reporting
Knowledge management and learning
Procurement/contract/project administration
Extensive multi-cultural and management experience with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Both consulting and full-time experience in program and project development, management, and evaluation, organizational assessment, and strategy development in Senegal, Mauritania, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan.
Computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, GIS, Database Information Systems.
Work Terms
Pre-negotiated daily rate with a specified number of days. Will perform services and submit required invoice and expense reports to client in accordance with client official rules and regulations.
