Work Terms
Availability:
I am available for projects Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT+5:30). I am committed to responding to messages within 24 hours to ensure clear and prompt communication.
Payment Terms:
Payments are accepted via Guru’s SafePay system for mutual security and transparency.
For larger projects, a milestone payment structure can be arranged. This ensures that you review and approve each phase before proceeding.
Smaller projects or one-time tasks will require full payment upon completion.
Communication:
Primary communication will be through Guru’s messaging platform.
For detailed discussions or quick clarifications, I am available for video or voice calls via Skype or Zoom.
Regular updates will be provided to keep you informed about the progress of your project.
Revisions:
I offer up to three free revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
Additional revisions beyond the initial three may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity of the changes.
Project Timeline:
Timelines will be discussed and agreed upon at the start of each project.
I am committed to meeting deadlines and will inform you promptly if any delays are expected.
Confidentiality:
All client information and project details will be kept confidential.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed if required.
Feedback:
Your feedback is valuable. At the end of each project, I encourage you to leave a review based on your experience.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Projects can be canceled by mutual agreement.
Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
