Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT +6)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Limited Availability)
Sunday: Closed (Available for urgent matters only)
Flexible scheduling for urgent projects upon request.
2. Payment Terms:
Preferred Payment Method: Upwork, PayPal, Bank Transfer (as agreed upon).
Payment Milestones: Based on project agreement (50% upfront, 50% upon completion for fixed-price projects).
Hourly Projects: Billed on a weekly basis.
Late Payments: Subject to a 5% surcharge after 7 days.
3. Communication Style:
Preferred Platforms: Upwork messages, Email, WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet.
Response Time: Within 24 hours on business days.
Regular Updates: Weekly progress reports or as per project requirements.
4. Revisions & Support:
Up to 2 free revisions per project (additional revisions may incur charges).
Post-project support available for up to 14 days after final delivery.
5. Confidentiality & Ownership:
All work remains confidential and will not be shared without prior consent.
Full ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client upon final payment.
6. Project Timelines:
Project deadlines are discussed and agreed upon before initiation.
Delays caused by missing information or client-side approvals may extend the timeline.
7. Cancellation Policy:
Either party may cancel the project with a prior written notice.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on completed milestones.
