Hi there!
My name is Mathew, and I am a 30-year-old dad of 1 and a loving fiance. I have recently moved to the Philippines and am looking for a work-from-home job that will afford me some much-needed time with the family as well as a stable income to support our new life here.
I have a vast and varied set of skills that range from bartending to plumbing and most recently, supervising the water sports and recreation departments at a 5-star hotel in Bahrain, where I was in charge of over 30 staff with different roles such as lifeguards, attendants, casual staff and also contracted entertainment. My duties also included arranging the payroll for all the staff in my department as well as duty rosters for my department, hiring new staff members, ordering stock in terms of cleaning equipment, outdoor furniture, games, etc.
One thing that stands out about my work experience is that I am a fast learner, capable of adapting to and working well with any team or environment that I am placed in.
My personal interests include; reading books, short-story writing, watching captivating horror or sci-fi films with my wife, and also the great outdoors. Growing up in South Africa we owned several farms and I grew a passion for all wildlife and a keen interest in insects, especially spiders.
Work Terms
