I hired Mathew Tamin to upgrade our website from Joomla 1.5 to latest 3.xx. He did this in a very timely manner and for a reasonable fee. Mathew was always quick to respond to my many questions and went out of his way to explain everything he was doing. I was so impressed I've hired him to overhaul our website with a new template. I would highly recommend Mathew to anyone looking to create a new website or upgrade an existing one.
