I was a chef during and after high school and decided to switch careers when the opportunity arose. I have worked in the IT industry for 15+ years supporting multiple job types. I started back in 2001 and have never looked back since then. I have worked for big name corporations such as EarthLink as well as Kodak and Microsoft. I have also worked with clientele such as doctors and lawyers so I know what it means to give the best support possible in high level situations where not only them but their clients were also depending upon me to keep their practices running smoothly.
I have lived in the Atlanta area most of my life. I studied music at the Atlanta Institute of Music for 2 years for guitar technique, theory, performance, and studio engineering as I have been playing music since I was 4. It's my passion in life but I also enjoy helping others which is why I chose the IT industry as a permanent career. I also enjoy spending time with friends, hiking, concerts, movies, video games, and just enjoying a nice glass of whiskey or stout beer.
I'm a very intuitive person and I best apply myself to people's needs when resolving their issues. If you choose me I promise I will not let you down. :)
Work Terms
My hours of operation are any weekday after 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time and on weekends via request if I am given at least 48 hours notice. I require payment immediately after my services are complete. I am however willing to negotiate if there are stipulations.
