Work Terms

I believe in clear communication, collaboration, and delivering exceptional work. Below are my work terms to ensure a smooth and successful partnership:

1. Project Scope & Details

Project details, timelines, deliverables, and goals will be outlined and agreed upon beforehand. We’ll update the agreement for any scope changes.

2. Payment Structure

Hourly rates are set beforehand, with regular reviews. Invoices are issued weekly/bi-weekly.

Fixed-price projects offer upfront pricing and payment terms. Payments are in installments, per schedule.

All payments are via Guru.com’s secure safePay.

3. Deadlines

I’ll meet all deadlines and provide regular updates. I will notify you immediately of any delays and update the timeline.

4. Revisions

I’ll revise within the project scope. We can adjust the scope and price for further changes.

5. Communication

Let’s stay in touch via your preferred method (Guru, email, etc.). Project updates will be timely.

6. Confidentiality

Your confidential information will remain secure. I won’t share your business info without your consent.

7. Cancellation/Refund Policy

I’ll refund any incomplete project work. Late cancellations require a negotiated settlement.

8. Ownership Rights

You receive full ownership upon final payment. You keep ownership of all project assets except third-party materials.

9. Termination

Non-compliance with the agreement allows either party to end the project. I value prompt resolution of professional issues.
