Making the tech less complex and better forever

Currently I am at the University of Houston majoring in Computer Science as well as doing some self-study with doing my own little projects. Now I want to take my skills to the test. I have made apps before but not in the scale that makes it useful for people. I have made websites but not to the extent to where I could just reuse the code if needed. And that is why, if your looking in hiring someone, I need you and you need me. I offer years and years of experience dealing with computers. I am always up to date with the latest technology and that keeps me up to date on what needs to be done as far as developing applications weather its for the Web, a Mobile-Device, or your desktop. It astounds me to see that the Computer Science majors at the University are too skeptical to even do things such as self. I want to make an example to all other entry level programmers that you can do things as great as the Developer who spent 10 years doing PHP work with WordPress themes.

I have a hobby for building computers and modding them. I have built 5 computers from the ground up. Also I like to work with things that make home automation a reality and things that pertain to the "InternetOfThings".

I am experienced in: HTML, CSS3, JS(Angular/Node/Other JS Frameworks), Python, C++, Java, UX Design, Android Development, Web Development(Full Stack).

I will mainly offer Web Development since it is my specialty. Although, feel free to ask if you have something else in mind. I may say yes or no depending on if I know how to do it or not. Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Sadly, it varies depending on my school/work study schedule so I cant give anyone a definite on that. Though I usually work during the night on my own things so I am able to work everyday if needed.

Payment Terms: There will be an electronic contract that will be drafted and signed by both parties regarding the payment terms. I offer mainly a fixed payment to where you must deposit a percent of the estimated cost to me then payments afterward will follow on specific deadlines. I won't get into specifics in this because everyone has a different budget and preference.

Preferred Contact: My email is the best way to contact me. But please do not be afraid to email me if you prefer to contact me in another way. I have Skype, Google Hangouts, and other forms of communications that we can use during the period of service and other times when you need my assistance.
