Work Terms
I prefer to work on a flat fee basis, which leaves no grey area in terms of how much a project will cost, but I do work hourly if requested.
1/2 of the total project amount is due prior to the start of any work and is deemed earned upon receipt. The remaining half is paid upon completion.
