I’m a Financial Management graduate from one of the reputable University in the Philippines. For over 5 years, I specialized in Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Operations. I've been working in corporate world for over 5 years straight, my previous worked was a Credit and Collection Specialist in Real Estate Company, Accounting Associate in one of the top Resort and Hotel in Cebu and lastly was a Business Development Officer in one of the top Direct Selling in the Philippines, focuses on the growth of the company’s business in branch by implementing sales and marketing plans for revenue increase, recruitment, training, and coaching of dealers. My Key Responsibilities were:
• Ensures achievement of sales revenue targets and implements sales and marketing programs to achieve revenue growth
• Manages activities for dealer recruitment, briefings on PC business, dealer training and coaching, and other initiatives to support dealers in growing their revenue and businesses
• Manages sales and marketing promotional activities and product launches; makes selling aids, collaterals, merchandising materials, and premium items available
• Implements all branch operating standards and procedures
• Provides quality management information in a timely manner through standard reports

I’d been hitting my sales and recruitment quota consistently. I’d been a good performer in all the worked I do and I'm the type of person that loves working hard but, I work smart more often. I never get tired of learning new things specially if it's something where I can grow more and build my personality. I always make sure that whenever I do things, It's great.
