Hotels.com enabled me to meet/exceed daily sales quotas. I communicated effectively and professionally with prospective travelers who were seeking all forms of rooms and lodging facilities. Additionally, I provided further details regarding their desired landmarks and sites including, but not limited to, transport, dining and entertainment options. Duty wise, I made, canceled, confirmed, and changed reservations in addition to payment transactions.
Most recently I was a personal concierge at CityWalk Dubai, regarded as one of the most luxurious residential apartment complexes in the world. My team and I catered to all VIPs residing on site. Our responsibilities were exorbitant, thus my professionalism, problem solving and critical thinking skills were tested daily. Limousines and taxis were reserved for residents. We regularly informed guests and residents of Dubai's calendar of events, new shopping attractions, local trends and outdoor and indoor entertainment venues.
When I am not working, I keep up with the global events, movies, and DIY tips. I am always keen to travel and discover fantastic eateries.
Work Terms
I am available to work 40-hour weeks at a minimum of $9.00/hour. I work in a soundproof office, thus ensuring top quality communication between callers and myself.
