A former operations manager, administrator, and customer support representative. I and my family currently reside in Batangas City Philippines. I’ve been in the business administration industry for almost 9 years and hold a bachelor’s degree in the same field majoring in Marketing. I landed my first job experience as an operation manager of a bar and restaurant in 2014. That is where I gained my ability to be attentive, multitask, and problem-solver in tough situations. I managed to maintain the stability of the business and its income in my 6 years of service. But in 2020, it was closed due to the pandemic. And that's when I landed my 2nd job at a recreational farm and worked there as an administrator from there I gained expertise in administrative tasks, time management, and the ability to manage my workload. In 2021, I gave birth to my 3rd child I looked for a work-from-home job setup and that is when gained my BPO experience as an Email Support Representative for an online gaming company. with my hard work and perseverance, I was one of my team’s top performers. I've consistently maintained my KPI score, mainly on Customer Satisfaction and Quality standard scoring. During my free time when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. Also, tending my little garden and watching Netflix or YouTube tutorials are some of the things I enjoy doing during my free time. Those are some of the few things about myself. Work Terms
I can work at a maximum of 45 hours per week at 8-10 hours per day. Payments can be weekly or bi-weekly.
