A freelance translator/interpreter and academic researcher

My name is May and I'm a medical doctor from Burma (Myanmar) currently living in England with my British Husband and our son. At the moment, I'm a full time Mum and freelancer for research and translation jobs.

I worked as an assistant lecturer for 7 years at a medical university in Myanmar and obviously very fluent in both native Burmese and English. I finished Master degree in Public Health from the University of Melbourne, Australia. With my extensive knowledge, I can translate the context according to target audience as Burmese language is rich in vocabularies. I have unlimited access to Internet at home and so working online is no problem for me. I can finish the work within a reasonably short time period with excellent work done.

Work Terms

You can contact me via email. I usually work 10-12 hours per week. My rate is 10-20 per hour which depends on the content and difficulty of the project. I prefer UK bank transfer for payment.
